About China CNC Machining Co

We are a factory-direct CNC machining manufacturer in Shenzhen, China, with more than 20 years of precision experience producing custom metal and plastic parts for OEM and industrial programs.

WHO WE ARE

A Direct CNC Factory Built for OEM Work

China CNC Machining Co is a precision manufacturer based in Shenzhen, in the heart of China's Pearl River Delta. We machine custom metal and plastic parts for buyers, engineers, and supply chain teams who need dependable execution from first prototype to full production.

Working with us means working with the shop floor directly. There is no middleman between your drawing and the machine, which keeps pricing honest, communication fast, and quality decisions in the hands of the people who make your parts.

  • Factory-direct pricing with no trading-company markup
  • English-speaking engineering support from RFQ to delivery

OUR STORY

Two Decades of Precision Manufacturing

Our manufacturing roots in Shenzhen reach back to 2003. What began as a focused machining operation has grown into a full-service CNC factory serving customers across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Over more than 20 years, we have refined the parts of the business that matter most to engineers: process control, tooling selection, fixturing, and measurement. That experience shows up as fewer surprises during production and parts that hold to drawing, order after order.

Our Bao'an base in Shenzhen sits minutes from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and close to Hong Kong, which gives our customers short, reliable export routes for both air and sea freight. The location is a practical advantage, not just an address.

WHAT WE DO

CNC Services for Custom OEM Parts

Our core scope covers CNC milling, CNC turning, and 5-axis machining, backed by rapid prototyping, low-volume runs, and production manufacturing. When your part needs it, we coordinate surface finishing such as anodizing, powder coating, plating, and bead blasting.

We machine a broad material range, from aluminum and stainless steel to titanium, brass, and engineering plastics. Whatever the mix, every job runs through the same quote, DFM, and inspection process so results stay consistent.

EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING

Machines and People Behind the Parts

Our floor runs 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers and turning equipment from established builders, supported by modern CAM programming. Multi-axis capability lets us hold complex geometry in fewer setups, which protects accuracy and shortens lead time.

  • 50+ milling and turning machines, including 5-axis centers
  • CAM programming with Mastercam, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks CAM
  • Experienced machinists, programmers, and quality engineers in-house
  • Tolerances down to ±0.005 mm when your drawing calls for it

QUALITY

Quality Built on an ISO 9001:2015 Workflow

Quality is managed through an ISO 9001:2015 workflow, with first-article checks, in-process verification, and final inspection against your drawing. Coordinate measuring machines and video measuring systems support dimensional records when your order requires them.

We machine to ISO 2768 general tolerances and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 when specified. For regulated programs, our processes are aligned to AS9100 for aerospace, IATF 16949 for automotive, and ISO 13485 for medical work, and we confirm documentation scope during quoting.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We operate as a direct CNC machining factory for custom metal and plastic parts. You work with the team that runs the machines, not a broker between you and the shop floor.

Where is your factory located?

Our facility is in the Bao'an District of Shenzhen, Guangdong, in the Pearl River Delta near Hong Kong. The location shortens export logistics for international shipments by courier or freight.

Can you support OEM and ODM projects?
